Terms & Conditions:
Bookings & Deposits – A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your dog’s stay. The remaining balance must be paid on or before drop-off.
Cancellations – Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking start date will be charged in full.
Dog Requirements – All dogs must:
Have up-to-date vaccinations & flea treatments (proof required)
Be friendly with other dogs (aggressive behavior will not be tolerated)
Owner Responsibilities – Owners must provide their dog’s own food and bedding.
Health & Safety – Tiny Tails is not responsible for pre-existing medical conditions or any health issues arising during the stay. Veterinary care will be sought if necessary, at the owner's expense.
Security & Supervision – Dogs will be in a secure, CCTV-monitored environment with regular care and supervision.
Pick-Up & Drop-Off – Dogs must be dropped off and collected within agreed times. Late collections may incur an additional charge.
Aggressive or Non-Compliant Dogs – Should your dog fail to comply with the agreed requirements (e.g., aggressive behavior), we reserve the right to remove them from the facility. The owner must arrange immediate collection. If the owner is out of the country and no one is available to collect the dog, it will be temporarily contained at a local veterinary facility at the owner’s cost until collection.
